Does someone have to visit my house for an estimate?
You can get a quote by calling us at 1(800) 920-0215 or by going to our Make an Online Request section at the bottom of the Home page. All you have to do is provide us with information about your home and cleaning needs, and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Are there any commitments or contracts?
You are under no contractual obligation. We would prefer to earn your continued patronage based on our ability to meet your cleaning needs, rather than based on a contractual relationship.
What are your rates?
Our pricing is completely individualized. Our experience has helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter, and even your lifestyle. Please contact our office for more information.
Can I get a ballpark figure of how much it will cost to clean my home?
We can give you a range that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your home.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, tools and equipment?
We supply everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to supply anything.
Do you offer environmentally friendly cleaning services?
All our products are biodegradable and non toxic. We care about our environment and believe in using high quality environmentally friendly products, keeping you and your loved ones safe from harsh chemicals.
Do you clean homes just once, or does it have to be long-term?
While most of our customers prefer a weekly or bi-weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes less frequently. Even special occasions.
How many people can I expect to have come into my home?
We usually send 2 or 3 team members to clean a home. Our goal is to customize the cleaning to meet our client’s needs and also provide our team members with the greatest opportunities for career advancement. We will work with you so that you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is private, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your home.
If I would like a recurring service, can I expect the same team to come each time?
We make every effort to ensure that we keep the same team who serves your home cleans during each visit. If a member of the team changes, our office staff contacts you beforehand to notify you of the change.
Do I have to be home when they arrive?
You are more than welcome to be there if you choose. While COVID-19 remains an issue, we also ask that you follow social distancing guidelines. Our customers can either leave their home while we clean, or isolate in a separate room in the house.
What time will you be at my home?
If you would like us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend that you sign up for service at the beginning of the day. As we clean homes during the day, we often encounter things that delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. For midday service, we give you a window of time for our arrival.
We offer service notifications, which will remind you of your appointments and alert you when we are on our way.
Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
We ask that you take a few minutes the night before your scheduled cleaning to tidy. This will allow us to devote all of our time in your home to cleaning, giving you the best value for your investment. We are here to assist you so please contact us to discuss your individual preferences.
Who has access to the keys to my house?
The team of Clean on the Go Home Service Professionals who clean your home are the only people who have access to the keys to your home. Keys are coded individually with the only identification being a key code number. For enhanced security, our code reference and keys are always kept separate.
Do you offer packages?
We completely individualize our cleanings, so no specific packages are offered. We use a proven system to clean thoroughly, consistently, and efficiently. If there is a problem, who can I call?
We want to hear from you. If you see a problem while the team is in your home, contact our office. We’ll work to quickly correct the problem and enforce our satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our services for any reason, let us know within 24-hours and we’ll be sure to make it right.
What happens if I have to cancel or postpone a service last minute?
If you need to change or cancel your clean, please provide the minimum notification time required to avoid a cancellation fee.

What happens if something gets broken in my home?
We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should an accident or breakage occur while we are in your home, we will contact you as soon as possible and every effort will be made to have the item repaired or replaced.
