Are there any commitments or contracts?
- No, you can cancel your service at any time without any penalties. You don't have to commit to any contracts.

- Yes, Clean on the Go provides all the products and equipment so just sit back and relax to a stress-free cleaning service.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
- No, you will be charged for the amount of time the cleaner was at your home working. If they finish early, you will not be charged the full time quoted.
Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?
- It is not necessary for you to be home for the cleaning. Of course, you are welcome to be there. The majority of our clients trust us to give the keys and alarm codes to the cleaning specialist.
Do you offer an environment friendly cleaning service?
- Yes, all our products are biodegradable and non toxic. We care about our environment and believe in using high quality environment friendly products.
What if something breaks in my home?
- If loss or damage occurs please notify us within 2 days (48hours) of your cleaning service. We also recommend that you put away money and valuables.
Will my keys be kept in a safe place?
- Your keys will be security coded with no identification or address on them. And they will be kept in a safe that only the managers have access to.
How many people can I expect to clean my home?
- Our cleaners work in teams of one or two. Depending on the job requested and the time needed to fulfill our services. If a job requires more than one person the quoted time will be reduced by the number of people provided.
Ex: If the service needed is 6 hours and we provide 2 people, it will take the cleaners 3 hours. Your invoice will remain the same and will be billed for the full 6 hours.
What if I am unsatisfied with the service?
- We have a 24 hour guarantee, just give us a call and notify us that the job was unsatisfactory and we will ensure complete satisfaction by re-cleaning the area. We cannot offer refunds for a completed service.
