we come fully equipped.
💬Pricing Questions? Contact Us! – Our cleaners do not handle pricing. Please reach out to our office for any inquiries.
✅ Detailed Checklist – After the visit, you’ll receive an email with a checklist of everything completed.
💳 Easy Payment Options – Your invoice will be emailed, with payment options via e-Transfer or credit card.
🔁Recurring Service Pricing – If you're interested in ongoing cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we’ll send a price list by email.

Things to Avoid During Your Cleaning Visit
💰 Discussing or Negotiating Prices with Cleaners – If you have any pricing questions, please contact our office directly.
🚷 Disrespecting Our Cleaners – We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude behavior or disrespectful conduct. This includes swearing and mistreatment. Such actions may result in our team leaving the premises immediately. We’re committed to a respectful environment for all.
📝Requesting Additional Services
– Please avoid asking cleaners to perform tasks outside their responsibilities. For details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Add-On Services
We offer a range of optional add-on services that can be included with your cleaning — just let us know ahead of time so we can schedule the extra time and bring the right supplies.
Add-on services include:
🧊 Interior Fridge Cleaning – Thorough wipe-down of all shelves, drawers, and compartments.
🔥 Interior Oven Cleaning – Deep clean of the oven interior to remove grease and buildup.
🚿 Hard Water Stain Removal – For shower doors, tile, and fixtures. Requires special products and extra time.
🪟 Interior Window Cleaning – Glass, tracks, and sills cleaned (accessible windows only).
🪞 Mini Blind Dusting/Wipe-Down – Light build-up removal. Heavier build-up may require extra time.
🧼 Carpet Cleaning – Deep extraction cleaning for high-traffic areas and stains.
🛋️ Upholstery Cleaning – Safe and effective treatment for sofas, chairs, and fabric surfaces.
These services are not included in our standard cleaning packages, but can easily be added upon request. Just let us know at the time of booking or before your scheduled visit so we can customize your appointment to meet your needs.
