What You Can Expect from our 1st Visit

• You will receive a Text Notification when our Cleaners are on their way.

• Our Team will be Friendly, Professional and Courteous.

• The Team Leader will complete a Walk Through and discuss the details with you before starting.

• Our team will supply everything they need to clean your home. You don't have to supply anything.

• Our Cleaners Do Not deal with prices. All price inquiries are to be made with our Office.

• You will receive a detailed checklist by E-mail of what was completed during their visit.

• You will receive an Invoice by E-mail with the option to pay by E-Transfer or Credit Card.

• You will receive a Price List for Recurring Services (Monthly, Bi-Weekly and Weekly).

• You will Receive a Link by Email and/or by SMS to Rate your visit. Your feedback is appreciated.

Tips to Make the Most of your Visit

• Declutter as much as possible before the cleaners arrive. This will save them time and save you money.

• If pets are aggressive/not friendly, please put them in another room.

• Secure any Fragile or Valuable Items.

• Our Cleaner's work hard, please make sure to be nice and courteous to them.

• A smile goes a long way.😊

Things to Avoid

• Discussing or Negotiating Prices with Cleaners: For any concerns regarding pricing, please contact our office directly.

• Not Treating Our Cleaners with Respect: We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude behavior, swearing, or any form of disrespectful conduct towards our team members. Such behavior may result in our staff leaving the premises immediately. We are committed to providing a respectful work environment for our employees.

• Requesting Additional Services: Please refrain from asking our cleaners to perform tasks outside their designated responsibilities. For clarification, refer to our Terms and Conditions.
